Dear Parents and Guardians,

We would like to start by saying, thank you for entrusting your daughters to us here at Keeta’s Place INC. We want you to know that we are here as a support system for not only for your daughters, but for your family as well. We understand the importance of having positive female role models to connect to as your daughter navigate through these important years. We also understand that financial gaps and long work hours may put a strain on how active of a role you get to play in your daughter’s lives, and that’s where Keeta’s Place INC comes in. While you are working to support and supply the basic needs of your families (food, water, clothing and shelter) Our life coach and life skills program provides your daughters with the support that they need, by supplying them with resources that cater to their seven fundamental human needs (Subsistence, Understanding and Growth, Connection and Love, Contribution, Esteem and Identity, Self-governance and Significance, and most importantly Purpose).  

As you may be aware plenty of adults have life coaches to help them navigate through life, why not our preteens and teens? The time frame between ages 11 and 18 can be tricky to navigate. Many of our girls struggle and have problems when it comes to self-esteem, peer pressure, anxiety, depression, body image or appearance, academics, bullying, and cultivating healthy friendships. Life is constantly changing for the girls that we will serve. Having access to a group of strong women who care about their growth and social-emotional development will provide them with the skills they need to help them navigate these changes with confidence! During this program your daughters will be immersed into hands on training and interactive dialogue surrounding life-skills that each girl will be able to utilize for the rest of her life. In addition to that your daughters or the W.O.T. Girls as we call them will be mentored by some of the world’s best CHANGE AGENTS from all different career fields while they learn about the values of S.I.S.T.E.R.H.O.O.D. so that they are able to build healthy relationships with like-minded peers.

Most adults may think the challenges that the girls of today face are small and insignificant, but to a girl experiencing these things and who is in need of guidance, they are everything. During this time your daughters are just trying to figure things out. They are trying to understand themselves as well as the world around them. At Keeta’s Place INC we believe that membership has its benefits. Your daughters will be a part of the prestigious S.I.S.T.E.R.H.O.O.D. known as the W.O.T. Girls (Women Of Tomorrow, Girls Of Today), our entire team is dedicated to helping to lead and guide your young ladies through these transitional years and give them the skills that they need to not only discover their fullest potential now, but to also become productive citizens who can contribute to society as they grow into adulthood.
