| Looking to join a S.I.S.T.E.R.H.O.O.D of like-minded young ladies |
| Military dependant |
| Live in a low-income or under-served community |
| C Average or better students |
| Not considered a behavior problem |
| Wards of the State |
| Quiet, Withdrawn, or Disconnected |
| Displays characteristic of lack of self-esteem or low self- esteem |
| Traumatic Situations (Top Priority) |
| Referral’s (Parent, School, Church or Community Organization) |
